Silver Firs The Village

We are the Silver Firs Homeowners’ Association and it is our job to ensure that your property and the properties surrounding you are maintained to ensure desirability and value. Our desire is to foster a sense of community and create a safe and friendly environment in which to live and raise our families.

HOW SFHA IS ORGANIZED

It's original developer, Hillis Homes, Inc. formed the Silver Firs Homeowners’ Association, on February 24, 1978 with Division 1. Divisions 2 through 5C were developed by Hillis Homes and Centex Homes. Anyone who purchases a home within divisions 1 through 5C is automatically a voting member of the Silver Firs Homeowners’ Association and is automatically bound by its governing documents. Some of these divisions are more commonly known as Glenview at Silver Firs, Highland Park at Silver Firs and Silver Firs the Village

The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions was provided to each property owner as part of their deed. This is one of our governing documents. It lays out what each owner has a right to expect from the Association and what the Association has a right to expect from each owner. Washington State Law, the Silver Firs by-laws, the Silver Firs Articles of Incorporation and the Rules & Regulations that have been adopted in accordance with the provisions of the Declaration, By-laws and Articles of Incorporation, are also legally binding on the Association and its members.

Owners and Association volunteers are legally bound to operate in accordance with these governing documents.
